My name is Arletta Ramirez. I have a BS in Chemistry and an AA in Pharmacy. I am a licensed Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) since 1971. I worked with the Smith Kline Lab (now Quest) for 20 years.

I have been working at ARU-Core Research Laboratory for 17 years. My main responsibility is to run chemistry and lipid assays for research. I am interested in how things we consume affect our health and how it can improve our well-being. This is what drives me to work in research.

When I’m not working, I love reading, traveling and going to casinos once in a while.
